    CPINION
    AND ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Marder)
    Petitioner has requested a variance from Rule 206, Paragraph
    (g) Part (2) of the Air Pollution Regulations, to operate its cup-
    ola furnaces.
    Within 15 days from the date of this order, Petitioner shall
    file a detailed specification indicating precisely what harm,
    if any, will result to the community as a result of the emissions
    from Petitioner’s facilities during the period of the variance
    proposed.
    Also within 15 days Petitioner shall file a statement detail-
    ing what hardship he would suffer if said variance were denied
    (PCB Rule 401 (2)
    ).
