Petition filed August

9, 1973 is inadequate under the

Boardts Procedural Rule 401. This Rule states among other require-

ments that “an estimate of the quantity and type of contaminants

discharged~’ shall be made. The petition does not give an estimate

of the quantities of contaminants discharged.

The petition also gives no idea as to the proximity of the

public to the facility in question and whether the contaminant

discharges for

which

variance is petitioned does or will affect

them.

Petitioner

is

ordered

to amend the petition to

supply

the information needed to make

it adequate under Rule 401

within 35 days from this date.
