    The Board would like to know the respective areas of the Mississippi
    River eIo~: the effluent discharge point that is brought above both
    the existing water quality standard for mercury and the Federally-
    suggested standard by reason of the Monsanto variance.
    The Board expects to decide this variance without hearing unless
    ob~cctions are rece:ived.
    Petitioner

    petition within 45 days supnlying requested information.
