    Petition ‘tfor Experimental Permit~was filed September 6
    by Illinois Power Company to conduct additional tests on its
    electrostatic precipitator attached to Unit No. 4 of its Wood
    River Station.
    On September 12, 1973 Illinois
    Power Company filed a Motion
    to Withdraw Petition and states that
    it
    has obtained an experimental
    permit from the Agency.
    The petition is dismissed without prejudice as moot.
