After calling the meeting to order, Chairman Johnson welcomed members of the public and staff
to the meeting. The Chairman acknowledged the death of Board Member Girard’s father-in-law
and offered condolences to the family on behalf of the Board.

The Clerk of the Board called the roll. All Board Members answered present except for Board
Member Girard who was absent.
