ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Duinelle)
It is the Order of the Board that:
1. Variance from the Agency sewer ban, Rule 602(b) and 921(a)
of Chapter 3 is granted to connect 19 residential buildings
to the sewer system.
2. Variance is denied as to connecting a community building
or swimming pool.
3. Until the sewer ban is removed, petitioner may not install
public laundry facilities in the 19 buildings and shall make
every effort to minimize the volume of discharges to the sewer
especially during and immediately after rainy or thawing
weather.
4. The Agency shall issue operating permits for the sewer connec-
tions to the 19 buildings.
5. Petitioner shall report monthly to the Agency the rental status
of its project both as to numbers of apartments occupied and
number of occupants. Water consumption data for the project
for corresponding months shall be furnished to the Agency.
The foregoing data shall be submitted not later than ten (10)
days following the close of any calendar month and beginning
September 10, and continuing until the removal of the Agency
sewer ban in this area.
