Hearings shall be

held in PCB 74-16

in each of the five counties

of location of

the respective electric generating plants.

Edison may present

its testimony with regard to common system-wide matters

at the

first

such location and need

not

repeat

it at

the

remaining

four

locations

but shall make such material available well

in

advance

of the remaining hearings

to

the public in some

suitable

manner.

A

statement

of

the

manner

in

which

this

is

to

be

done

shall

be

made

on

the

record

of

PCB

74-16

at

its

first

hearings.
