Order
is
granted.
2.
Barrett shall supply
a sworn affidavit attesting to the
complete phase-out of
the
cooking operation within
five
days of such complete phase-out
to the Environmental Pro-
tection Agency,
upon receipt
of which Barrett’s bond re-
quirement shall cease.
