    Petition filed January 4,
    1974
    is inadequate in that no
    flow or water quality data are given for the ash lagoon effluents
    nor is the environmental impact of the suspended solids or boron
    on the tributaries described in any way.
    Petitioner
    is ordered
    to amend the petition within
    30 days
    from the
    date of the Order
    to provide the needed information.
    A
    waiver of the 90-day decision period for the time elapsing between
    the date of this order and the actual filing of the amendment
    shall be made.
    Failure
    to timely file
    the requested information
    shall make
    the petition liable to dismissal because of inadequacy.
