    ORDER OF THE Board (by Mr. Dumelle):
    Petition filed December 27, 1973 is inadequate in that no
    information is given as to whether or not the property in question
    if connection to the sanitary sewer would flow tb the Judge
    Avenue sewer or any other inadequate transport capacity sewer.
    Petitioner is directed to provide this information within
    30 days. A waiver of the 90-day period for decision shall be made
    for the period which elapses from the petition filing date until
    the additional information is submitted.
    Failure to timely file the information requested shall make
    the petition liable to dismissal for inadequacy.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
