    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):
    Petition filed December 20, 1973 is inadequate in that
    the cost of the proposed wastewater treatment system to be con-
    structed at East St. Louis is not given.
    Petitioner is ordered to amend the petition within 30 days
    from the date of this order to include this needed information
    and shall file a waiver of the 90-day decision period for the time
    elapsed between the original filing of the petition and the date
    of filing of the amended petition. Failure to timely file the
    information requested shall make the petition liable to dismissal
    for inadequacy.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
