    1973 is inadequate.
    it does

    give the portions of the Solid
    Waste Regulations from which variance is reouosted.
    Petitioner is given 35
    days
    in
    which to
    file
    an
    amended petition
    delineating the specific rule or regulation involved in this proceeding.
    A waiver from the 90-day statutory decis ion period in which
    variance
    must be decided shall be filed at the same time for the period
    elapsing from the
    original date
    of filing until the date on which
    the amended petition is filed.
    The Agency is ordered to comment on this petition with:in 20
    days giving due consideration to the effect of the new Solid Waste
    Regulations adopted on
    July
    19, 1973.
