    Petition filed December 17, 1973 is inadequate in that it
    does not state whether the proposed sewer connection from Vermount
    Avenue to Northern Avenue would connect to a sewer in Waukegan
    with inadequate transport capacity.
    Petitioner is ordered to supply such information within
    35 days from the date of this order. A waiver of the 90-day
    decision period shall be executed and the decision period shall
    run from the filing of the additional information.
    Failure to timely file this information shall render the
    petition liable to dismissal for inadequacy.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
