    OF TI-fE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle)
    ni order to make a decision on the basis of the record
    before the Board the following additional information is required:
    (a) an explanation of the delay in seeking bids between
    July 2, 1973 and October 10, 1973,
    (b) the reasons why the cracked aerobic digester tank
    cannot be repaired immediately to prevent leakage into
    the aeration system,
    (c) the status of bids for the new school building
    construction and whether or not the needed sewage plant
    construction is included,
    (d) the source of funds (current taxes or bond issue) to
    enlarge the sewage plant and
    (e) the feasibility, if any, of connecting the school
    discharge to a municipal or sanitary district sewage
    treatment plant.
    Petitioner shall supply the needed information within 30 days
    from the date of this Order and make simultaneous service upon the
    Agency.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
