Complainants have filed Motion requesting that this matter
be reassigned
a different hearing officer and that it be
scheduled for hearing on the merits.
The Hearing Officer
Allan
S.
Feingold is capable and states that he is ready and
willing to proceed with the case.
There is no valid reason
for reassignment to a different hearing officer and that
part of the Motion will be denied.
We shall order that the case be scheduled for hearing on
the merits not sooner than 60 days from the date of this
Order.
This should give sufficient time for the Eoard to consider motions
which Respondents wish to file.
It is ordered that the Hearing Officer Allan

schedule this matter for hearing not sooner than 60 days
