ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):
Petition filed March 27, 1974 is inadequate in that it gives
only a conclusory statement attributed to the consulting engineers
as to the $3,000 to $4,000 cost of obtaining a permit.
Petitioner is ordered to submit a verified statement from
the engineer detailing the unit costs utilized to arrive at this
estimate. A general description of the site as to soil
and
sub-
surface characteristics and the location of aquifers or water-
courses is also needed by the Board in order to weigh possible
environmental effects.
The information listed above shall be submitted within 35
days from the date of this order. Failure to timely file the
information shall make the petition 1iab1e~to dismissal for in-
adequacy.
The 90-day decision period set by statute shall run from
the date of filing of the additional information requested.
