    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):
    Petition filed December 5, 1973 for variance is dismissed
    because of inadequacy. No estimates of the “huge volume of trees
    and brush” are given nor of the contaminants that they would emit
    if open burned. No mention is made of the alternative of using
    an air curtain destructor which would make the project eligible
    for a permit. No costs are given as to the various alternatives
    available to the petitioner.
