    Motion filed December 10, 1973 asks that the variance be
    granted without a hearing. The Environmental Protection Agency
    in a motion dated December 11, 1973 concurs in cancelling the
    scheduled meeting.
    The motion by petitioner is granted in part. The hearing
    will be cancelled. The Board will consider the variance in due
    course based upon the record before it.
