ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Dr. Odell)

Petitioner shall file with the Board, within 15 days

of this Order, more detailed information on the topography

of the subject land. This should include information on the

availability of land of such elevation on this property into

which a new septic tank distribution system could be installed

in such a manner as to achieve adequate percolation and avoid

health hazards, including during wet periods. Information

should also be included on the feasibility of the above possi-

ble changes in the septic distribution system.

Petitioner is requested to give with the above informa-

tion a waiver of 60 days from the date of this Order so that the

Board may adequately consider the facts of this case.
