    is inadequate
    in that
    it
    does not report the result of copper sulfate dosages
    of the pre-
    vious variance, PCB 73-177,
    granted May 31,
    1973.
    Petitioner
    is ordered to supply to the Board within
    30 days
    from the date
    of this
    order the copper concentrations actually
    achieved in the raw water intake to
    the treatment plant when
    dosing the copper sulfate under the conditions specified in
    PCB
    73-177, especially Condition Nos.
    3 and
    4.
    Failure
    to timely file the information requested shall
    make
    the petition liable
    to dismissal for inadequacy.
    The
    90-day decision period specified under the Act shall run from
    the date of filing the additional information requested.
