    AS 95-1
    (Adjusted Standard-Land)
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by M. McFawn):
This matter is before the Board on the motion to reconsider and amend Board order
dated June 6, 1996 filed by Tommy House Tier Company, Inc. (petitioner). In the order dated
June 6, 1996, the Board granted petitioner’s request for adjusted standard but ordered that the
adjusted standard terminate on April 30, 1997. Petitioner requests that the Board reconsider
and amend the June 6, 1996 Board order to provide for an extension of the adjusted standard
until June 16, 1997. On April 24, 1997, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
(Agency) filed its response to petitioner’s motion to reconsider and amend Board order dated
    June 6, 1996.
Petitioner argues that the June 6, 1996 Board order was premised upon petitioner’s
belief that it would occupy a new facility providing cover for its tires before April 30, 1997.
Petitioner maintains that it suffered a delay in closing on its new property and was unable to
occupy its new facility providing cover for its tires by April 30, 1997. Accordingly, petitioner
requests that the Board amend the June 6, 1996 order by extending the adjusted standard until
June 16, 1997. In its response, the Agency states that it has no objection to the petitioner’s
request for an extension of the adjusted standard to June 16, 1997.
The Board grants petitioner’s motion to amend the Board order dated June 6, 1996 and
hereby extends the adjusted standard to June 16, 1997.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the 15th day of May, 1997, by a vote of 6-0.
    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
    Illinois Pollution Control Board
