    The Proposal to Employ Alternate Technology filed November 2,
    1973 comes to the Board almost seven months after the Board’s Order
    and Opinion dated May 24, 1973. The Proposal is at the least a
    variance from a Board order and shall be docketed as a variance.
    The Environmental Protection Agency is requested to expedite
    its recommendation in the new cause. It is the intention of the
    Board not to hold a public hearing unless objections are received
    within the statutory period.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
