given.
Lastly the petition is not executed
or attested to by anyone and is thus defective on its
face.
Petitioner
is ordered
to
file
an amended petition within
35
days remedying the inadequacies
listed above.
A waiver from
the 90-day decision period shall be made
and said decision time
shall run from the date
of filing of the amended petition.
Failure
to comply with the above
shall
make
the petition
liable
to
dismissal
because
of
inadequacy.
