    odors,
    or
    nuisance.
    Petitioner
    is
    directed
    to
    file
    an
    amended
    petition
    within
    30
    days
    remedying
    the
    above
    listed
    inadequacies.
    A
    waiver shall
    be filed
    from the 90-day decision period and said period shall
    run from the date of filing
    of the amended petition.
    Failure
    to comply with the above
    shall make the petition
    liable
    to dismissal because
    of inadequacy.
