    Petition for variance filed December 3, 1973 is dismissed
    as being inadequate. The amount of paint from which Rule 401(1)
    variance is requested is open-ended and “could change to a much
    higher figure~ according to the petition. Also no future com-
    pliance date is given to conform to the Rule.
    The petition is dismissed without prejudice.
