    The Environmental Protection Agency has moved

    In that Order
    the Agency was granted forty days within which to file
    amendments to the Complaint or an Amended Complaint adding
    a respondent or additional respondents.
    A reading of the
    Motion persuades us that the request
    is reasonable and we
    will allow an additionaL sixty days for compliance.
    It
    is Ordered that the Environmental Protection Agency
    be granted 100 days from the January 31, 1974 Order within
    which to file amendments
    to the Complaint or an Amended
    Complaint adding a respondent or additional respondents.
