    AGREED PROTECTIVE ORDER

    This matter being before the Pollution Control Board on the
    Respondent’s Motion for Non—Disclosure with respect to material contained
    in the Respondent’s Answers to the Complainant’s Revised Interroga-
    tories Nos.
    3(a) and
    (b),
    7,
    10,
    25,
    26,
    27 and 28 and certain
    financial records called for in the Complainant’s Motion to Produce,
    and the Respondent having filed an Affidavit of its president,
    Ronald L. Rusch,
    in support of said Motion, and both the Complainant
    and the Respondent, through their respective attorneys, having
    stipulated and agreed to the entry of this order:
    IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Respondent’s Answers to the
    Complainant’s Revised Interrogatories Nos.
    3(a)
    and
    (b),
    7,
    10,
    25,
    26,
    27 and 28 and the financial records called for in the Motion
    to Produce shall, upon filing with the board, be stamped “Not subject
    to Disclosure” pursuant to Section
    7(a)
    of the Environmental Protection
    Act and the Board’s Procedural Rule 107.
    IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of said Answers to the Com-
    plainant’s Revised Interrogatories and a copy of said financial
    records shall be served upon the Complainant’s attorney, Lee A.
    Campbell, provided that said Complainant’s attorney
    (a)
    shall keep
    said Answers to the Complainant’s Revised Interrogatories and said
    financial records in
    a locked file cabinet at all times when not
    being read by him and
    (b)
    shall not make any copies or permit other
    persons to make any copies thereof.
    IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Complainant’s attorney,
    Lee A.
    Campbell,
    shall not disclose the contents of said Answers to Inter-
    rogatories and/or financial records to any person other than
    technically qualified persons employed by the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency, who may serve as expert witnesses,
    and other
    attorneys in his office who shall need to be informed of such contents
    in preparing the Complainant’s case for hearing.

    IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that said Answers to Interrogatories
    and financial records shall not be used for any purpose other
    than this case.
