preliminary
review
of
the
record,
the
Board finds that
there
is
still some confusion as to Fields, Goldman and Magee~s
standing
as
a
proper party to initiate this
action.
Testimony was
presented
to
indicate
that
Fields,
Goldman
and
Magee
was
acting
as
an agent for a party who may suffer hardship as
a result of
a
var-
iance denialS
Reference was made to the Paul Peeher Construction
Company and the DuQuoin Lease Housing Corporation~
If Fields, Gold~
man and Magee
is indeed an agent for another party, the record is
devoid of affidavits or other substantiating proof.
IT IS TEE ORDER of the Illinois Pollution Control Board that
Fields,
Goldman and Magee shall submit to the Board adequate proof
that it
is indeed acting as an agent for another party in
this act~
ion.
In the event that such proof is not received,
the action will
be finalized on the basis
of the record
