    ORDER
    (by Mr. Henss)
    The City of Geneseo requests variance “for use of our
    refuse disposal site for as
    long as it lasts or as necessary”.
    Petitioner also requests aid in preparing
    a proper variance
    petition.
    The petition is inadequate at this time since it does
    not give the information required under our procedural rule 401.
    A copy of that procedural rule is being forwarded to Petitioner
    for use in preparing an amended petition.
    The amended petition
    shall be filed by April
    8,
    1974.
    In particular the amended petition
    for variance shall
    specify the location of~thelandfill, describe
    the surrounding community,
    specify what pollutional problems
    exist and the impact on the environment and the surrounding
    community,
    identify the statute or regulation from which variance
    is
    sought, and describe any control program which will be put
    into effect to bring the operation into compliance.
    The amended
    petition shall also describe any hardship which will be imposed
    on petitioner
    if compliance with the statute or regulation
    is
    required.
    The amended petition shall specifically state that the
    90 day period available for ruling on the variance petition shall
    commence with the filing of the amended petition.
    If the amended petition is not filed within the time
    allowed this petition shall be subject to dismissal without prejudice.
    It is so ordered.
