    ORDER
    IT IS THE ORDER of
    the Pollution Control Board that the Petition
    in this case is inadequate in that it contains no date certain as to
    Petitioner~s connection to the sewage system of the Godfrey Township
    Utility Board will be achieved.
    Petitioner is ordered to amend the petition within
    30
    days to
    provide the needed information. A waiver from the 90 day decision
    period shall be made for the period elapsing from the petition filing
    date and the date of submission of the information required. The
    waiver shall be filed concurrently with the amended petition.
    Failure to timely file the information requested shall make the
    petition liable to dismissal
    for inadequacy.
