in that

(a)

it does not give

the dilution ratio of the tributary into

which the sewage treatment plant discharges,

(b)

it makes no

mention of

a determination by the Agency

as

to whether a 4/5

or 10/12 BOD~/suspendedsolids standard applies, and

(c)

no

effects of the existing discharge upon the tributary and the

environment are detailed in any way.

Petitioner shall

amend the petition to provide

the

needed information within 35 days from the date

of this order.

The 90-day decision period shall run from the date

of filing

with

the Board of the amended petition.

Failure to timely

file

the amended petition shall make the case liable to dismissal

for inadequacy.
