    On January

    Illinois Power Company,
    Petitioner
    in the above-captioned cause, filed
    its Motion For Amendment
    of Order.
    By an Order dated January 17,
    1974,
    this Board
    ordered Petitioner to file
    an amended petition within
    15
    days
    of
    the
    date
    of
    that
    Order.
    By
    the
    instant
    Motion,
    Petitioner
    seeks
    an
    additional
    15
    days
    in
    which
    to
    file
    said
    amended
    complaint.
    Petitioner submits that
    it
    does not appear that the
    requisite negotiations with the Agency can be completed by
    February
    1,
    1974,
    so
    that
    if
    an
    amended
    complaint
    were
    filed
    on
    that
    date it would
    probably
    have to be further amended
    upon completion of negotiations with the Agency.
    It
    is the Order of
    the Pollution Control Board that our
    Order
    of
    January
    17,
    1974,
    be modified to allow Petitioner
    thirty
    (30)
    days from the date of that Order to file its
    amended
    complaint.
