the above-entitled case on December 6,1973 is hereby granted~

Condition #2 of said Order is hereby de1eted~ Condition #4

is modified by striking the words, “of the surface condensers”,

and substituting the words, “of the odor control through bio-

degradation processes”~ The date on which a bond must be filed

is changed from the previous date of January 31, 1974 to February 15,

1974.
