ORDER
OF
TRE
BOARD (by Mr. Nenss)
Medusa Corporation has filed Motion for Reconsideration
of Order. The Motion was filed more than two months after our
final Order of November 15, 1973 and is an attempt to intro-
duce new material into the record and suggest a completely
new pollution control system as the preferred method of control
in this case. The new system has not been passed on by the
Environmental Protection Agency. The Motion is not timely
filed nor is its substance appropriate for a reconsideration
of our November 15, 1973 Order.
The Motion for Reconsideration will be denied. We will
consider this a new variance petition and it shall be docketed
as such. The petition was filed on January 23, 1974 and the
deadlines established by the Environmental Protection Act for
the EPA to file
its Recommendation and the Board to makes its
ruling shall be computed from that date.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Christan L. Moffett, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Cont~pl
Board, hereby certify the above Order was adopted this
