    Petition filed January

    1974
    is inadequate in that
    no environmental data are given
    as
    to the effects upon surrounding
    residences.
    Petition shall provide within
    45 days such data
    as
    to gases or particulates
    and their concentration and duration
    away from the plant
    site and at residences.
    Such data may be
    either measured data or dispersion modelling data.
    A waiver
    for the period elapsing between the date of this
    order and the filing of the amended petition shall be made from
    the statutory 90-day decision period.
    Failure to timely file the above
    listed requirements shall
    make
    the petition liable
    to dismissal for inadequacy.
