    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):
    Petition filed January 21, 1974 is inadequate in that
    it does not explore the cost of renting an air curtain destructor
    nor of using a chipper. Details as to financial hardship such
    as tax rates and the budget situation are not
    given.
    The petition is ordered to provide the above-mentioned
    information in an amended petition within 35 days from the date
    of this order. A waiver of the 90-day decision period for the
    time elapsing between the date of this order and the amended
    petition filing shall also be made.
    Failure to timely file the above shall make the petition
    liable to dismissal for inadequacy.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
