IT IS THE ORDER of the Pollution Control Board that Order #5

issued October 18, 1973, in this matter is amended to read as follows:

5) Respondent shall, within 35 days from the date of this Order,

post a performance bond in a

satisfactory to the Agency,

in the amount of $100,000 guaranteeing construction and in-

stallation of the equipment herein required, by the expira-

tion date of this variance or any subsequent variance rela-

ting to this matter, which In

form

would be a continuation

of the present variance; or

abatement of the violation in

the time

prescribed by this variance.
