    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):
    Petition filed June 19, 1974 is inadequate in that it
    does not state the Rule or Regulation from which variance
    is required. In addition, it contains conclusory statements
    as to the extent of financial hardship incurred which is not
    documented by figures as to gross and net income.
    Petitioner shall within 45 days from the date of this
    order amend the petition to provide additional information
    required. The 90-day decision period set by statute shall
    run from the date of filing the additional information.
    Failure to timely file the amended petition shall make
    it liable to diwissal for inadequacy.
