    Petitioner shall amend the petition within 45 days from the
    date of this order to provide the additional information needed as
    detailed above. The 90—day period for decision set by statute shall
    run from the date of filing the additional information.
    Failure to
    timely file the amended petition shall make the petition liable
    to dismissal for inadequacy.
