    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Marder)
    Petition in this matter was filed June 14, 1974, with the Board.
    The Petition fails to inform the Board of:
    1. An estimate of the quantity and type of contaminants
    discharged;
    2. A description of what sewer the discharge is into and
    what wastewater treatment plant serves the area.
    3. A statement of the impact on the environment of the
    discharge.
    Petitioner is hereby ordered to file with the Board an Amended
    Petition for Variance within

    days of this Order.
    Failure to
    file such Amended Petition shall result in dismissal of this case.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
    I, Christan L. Moffett, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control
