    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by Mr.
    Henss):
    The Board finds that it has jurisdiction in this matter
    and that the Complaint
    is not frivolous or duplicitous.
    Respondent’s Motion to Strike or Dismiss the Complaint
    is
    hereby denied.
    Upon oral motion of Complainant’s attorney the pro-
    ceedings are stayed for thirty days.
    Counsel for Plaintiff
    has orally waived Complainant’s right to thave the case set
    for hearing within
    60 days.
    A written waiver shall be filed.
    In
    30 days the parties shall advise this Board of the status
    of the proceeding now pending in the United States District
    Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Case No. 72C2503
    wherein People of the State of Illinois are Plaintiffs and
    United States Steel Corporation is Defendant.
