    IT IS THE ORDER of the Pollution Control Board that Motion
    of Respondent for Hearing in the above-captioned matter is here-
    by denied.
    The objection was filed past the 21-day period for Agency ob-
    jection and mandatory hearing under Section
    37 of the Act.
    The Board shall decide the matter based on the Petition and
    recommendation of the Agency, which shall be filed in adequate
    time for the Board to decide the matter in the required 90 days.
