Petition For Variance or suffer its Petition to be dismissed as inadequate.

We conditioned our Order by requiring that Petitioner file a waiver by

June 20, 1974.

No such waiver having been filed, Petitioner’s cause is hereby dismissed

without prejudice as inadequate.
