ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Marder)
Petition for variance filed by the Village of Ashland on June
12, 1974, is inadequate in that it does not give the 1973 exper-
ience in actual copper levels resulting at the raw water intake.
Such information is required.
Petitioner shall also supply data giving actual copper level
concentrations in its water distribution system, if available.
Petitioner shall file the above required information within
45 days of the entry of this Order. Failure to do so shall re-
sult in dismissal for inadequacy. Such filing shall be deemed
an amendment to the Petition.
I, Christan L. Moffett, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control
Board, certify that the above Order was adopted by the Board on
the 13th day of June, 1974, by a vote of 4 to 0.
