Petition filed August

22, 1974 is inadequate in that no

information

is given

as to whether Echo Lake

is

a public water

supply or discharges to a public water supply or what long

lasting effects,

if any, rotenone has upon aquatic biota and

benthos.

Petitioner shall amend the petition within

30 days of the

date of this order to provide the information requested.

Failure

to timely file the required information shall make the petition

liable

to dismissal for inadequacy.

The 90-day decision period

set by statute

shall run from the date of filing the additional

information.

The amended petition shall be filed with both

the Board and the Environmental Protection Agency.
