Petition filed August 16, 1974 is inadequate

in that

it does not tell when the sewer work alleged to be under way

by the City of Waukegan will be completed, The sewer or sewer

system to which the desired connection is tributary is not

identified.

Petitioner shall amend his petition within 45 days from

the date of this order to provide the information requested,

Failure to timely file the needed information shall make the

petition liable to dismissal for inadequacy, The 90-day decision

period set by statute shall run from the date of filing the

additional information, The amended petition shall be filed

with the Board and the Environmental Protection Agency, The

inclusion of the earlier proceeding (PCB 73-39) into this shall

be stipulated,
