file any definite plan which will bring its fac~

ility into compliance with Rule 205

Petitioner shall file an Amended Petition in this matter within

35 days of the entry of this OrderS

Such Petition shall contain the

information mentioned above~

Failure to timely file such Amended Petition shall result in the

dismissal of this action for inadequacy~
