    On May 9,
    1974,
    the parties to the above-captioned
    cause,
    by stipulation,
    moved that the cause be continued for hearing.
    The operating permit application which
    is the subject of this proceeding
    was denied by the Environmental Protection Agency because Petitioner1s
    sulfuric acid pickling tank
    in deparmtent 422 may not be in compliance with
    Rule 204(f)(2) of Chapter
    2, Part II,
    PCB Regs.
    The Respondent Environmental
    Protection Agency
    has proposed an amendment
    to said rule, which,
    if accepted by the Illinois Pollution Control Board,
    may directly affect the outcome of this litigation.
    This cause
    is continued for
    a hearing, until
    such time as the amendment
    is
    adopted or refused by the Illinois Pollution Control
    Board.
