ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):

On February 10, 2003, the petitioner, Midwest Illinois Auto Truck Plaza (Midwest), filed
a motion for voluntary dismissal of its petition. Midwest’s February 17, 1999 petition appealed
an Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) denial of a high-priority corrective action
plan regarding an underground storage tank site in Greenville, Bond County. Subsequently,
Midwest and the Agency engaged in settlement discussions, which resolved the issues raised in
Midwest’s petition. Consequently, the Board dismisses Midwest’s petition and closes the
    docket.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.

I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board
adopted the above order on February 20, 2003, by a vote of 7-0.
