ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Yi):
On March 10, 1997, Galesburg Sanitary District (District) filed a motion to amend
requested relief. On March 19, 1997, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency)
filed a motion to strike the District’s motion to amend requested relief. On April 1, 1997, the
District filed a response to the motion to strike and a motion to file instanter. In the Board's
May 15, 1997 order, we denied the Agency's motion to strike and directed the Agency to file
a response to the amended relief on or before June 13, 1997.
On May 27, 1997, the Agency filed a motion for an extension of time to file its
response until June 27, 1997. The Agency states that due to press of business it requests this
extension and indicates that the attorney for the District has no objection.
The Board grants the Agency’s motion for an extension of time to respond to the
substantive issues raised by the District's amended requested relief. The Board grants the
Agency until June 27, 1997 to file its response.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
    Board Member K.M. Hennesey abstained.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the 19th day of June 1997, by a vote of 5-0.
    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
    Illinois Pollution Control Board
